苏州人,男,副教授,1993年本科毕业于苏州大学,后获博士学位,复旦大学微电子系高级访问学者。目前主要从事微电子学教科研,承担、参与了多项各级各类科研基金。2006年以来,培养了硕士研究生、工程硕士近20余人。先后发表各级各类论文50余篇。译作《半导体器件物理与工艺》(第二版)2002.12,获华东地区大学出版系统第六届优秀学术专著一等奖; 苏州大学教学成果二等奖,2004。
